Kevin's ciders are regarded as some of the most exquisite in the world. They're all natural fermentation, slow maturation ciders from a variety of French, English, and American heirloom apples grown on his family farm in Salem, Oregon, which has been in the family since the Oregon Trail days.

E.Z. Orchards makes ciders that find commonality in the resurgence of American wild ale producers and natural wines, sharing in their love of terror, delicacy, and complexity.

Tentative tasting schedule:
- Cidre Dry (first time on draft!)
- Roman Beauty
- Poire

We're going to talk about Kevin's history with natural wine making, and his trajectory from farmer, to orchardist, to world class cider producer, and the future of his operation — and we'll taste through that evolution during a podcast segment recorded in front of a live audience.

Very limited seating is available.
