There's a little lighthearted sarcasm on the sign at the yet-to-open Freedonia Brewing Co. in Fort Collins, Colorado. Freedonia will be the 24th brewery in a town of just 160,000. With the depth and breadth of beer being produced in Northern Colorado, it's easily one of the toughest markets in the world to break into. But that's not stopping folks from trying.
