Up at the Walden, NY Angry Orchard ciderhouse, we got our first taste of Ryan Burk's collaboration cider with Eleanor Léger of Eden Specialty Ciders in Vermont.
We were eager to try it, but we were also hoping to get a look at the finished bottles. When Ryan kicked off the series, he asked GBH to help him articulate the concept of "Understood in Motion," and design the labels. Coincidentally, they happened to get their first run delivered and were hand-labelling them that afternoon. They needed a few cases ready for the dinner at the James Beard House the following night, so there was no time to spare.
