Good Beer Hunting

b-Roll no. 115

When you live, breathe, and think in the same space every day, you notice things. When you cut a massive hole in the floor of your brewery for the new pad for your cellar, well, you notice that, too.

Construction, expansion, disruption, change, repeat. This moment in time in San Diego beer feels a little crazy. We're growing at Societe, and we don't know what we’ll look like next year, yet alone in the next hour. There's excitement, but also uncertainty.

One thing that is certain, though—it takes reinforcement.
