Paul Kan
Paul R. Kan is the author of the book Hawai'i Beer: A History of Beer in Paradise, a 2021 North American Guild of Beer Writers Award Winner. He is a regular contributor at The Beer Thrillers. His current book project is Red, White and Brew: The Beers and Battles that Shaped America.
