It's Whiskey Week in Chicago, and that means the city is more spirited than usual. At Longman & Eagle tonight, they're serving the barrel-aged Brown & Stirred, a collaboration with Pipeworks Brewing. They made a Manhattan-inspired beer with cherries and "bitters", pour it over ice and serve it with a fresh lemon peel. It tastes like a boozie cocktail from heaven. Tapping at 5p. Bottles to go!
