Managing a festival the size and strength of Hunahpu's Day proved too much for the crew at Cigar City Brewing last year. So much so that they vowed to never do it again. But after catching their breath, they redoubled their efforts and this year they were determined to host a massive crowd and some of the country's best breweries without a hitch. And in Florida, that meant getting some experienced crowd-management help from the law. Pretty smooth day, all things considered.
